1 Introduction

Each individual may hold only one registered account on Areon Play. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When you register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to update your details promptly if any information changes. Areon Play may require you to submit identity verification documents — such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method — before processing withdrawals or at any point we deem appropriate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Areon Play will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. We will take steps to secure your account as quickly as possible.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Areon Play supports a range of local payment methods for the convenience of Filipino players, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transaction amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier. Funds are typically credited to your account within minutes. Areon Play does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.

6 Gameplay Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. Areon Play cannot reverse a bet that has been accepted and confirmed by the system, except in circumstances where a technical error has clearly affected the outcome. In such cases, Areon Play's decision on the appropriate remedy is final.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, you must raise the matter with our support team within 30 days of the relevant transaction. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Areon Play platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game designs, graphics, text, and audio — is the intellectual property of Areon Play or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

Your right to access and use the platform is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence granted solely for personal recreational use. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform or its content.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

Areon Play collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any pending verification requirements and after deducting applicable bonus balances.

Areon Play reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Keeping your account open would expose Areon Play or other players to financial, legal, or reputational risk.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Areon Play reserves the right to retain any balance and void any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Areon Play may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or business operations. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
